So Much in the Works!

“Critter Gotta Crawl” is a menagerie of events!  June 1 – 3 is the annual Lummis Day Festival and AAC will again be hosting a parade of puppets. You’re all invited to participate. In the weeks leading up to Lummis Day, puppet-making workshops will take place at the Audubon, local libraries, and other venues.

We are calling for entries! Critters Gotta Crawl will include a site-specific exhibit of installations at La Culebra art park. More exhibition opportunities will be announced soon in and around Los Angeles. We’re busy making stuff happen!

Member exhibits in the Blue Wall Alcove at Aveune 50 Studio continue through 2018. Monthly shows coincide with NELA Second Saturday Artwalk.

La Tierra de la Culebra Art Park has some amazing plans. They are partnering with other local non-profit groups to bring you puppets, chess events, art, drums, and more! Puppets in the Park takes place every 3rd Sunday. Join for a puppet show and puppet crafts.

And that’s only some of the community-building events, exhibits, parties, and plans being developed for 2018!
